If you have good written English, and if you can chat on the internet, using Yahoo Chat or MSN Chat or IRC etc, you are the perfect person for us.

The first 8 candidates to join us will be getting trained on some of the latest tools and technologies involved in this process and working with international customers and our partners worldwide.

You must be a Graduate in any field and must be very good in written English. Knowledge of Chat Software and Internet would be an additional plus. Those who are in the final semester can also apply.

Since majority of our customers are from Canada, USA and Europe, you have to be prepared to work in Night Shifts too.
What you learn
The training course will cover the following aspects

Internet Marketing and Customer Support
You will get your hands dirty with international web based marketing and web based customer support. We will train you on.
* Business Promotion on web
* Understanding Customer requirements and finding the best solution for them
* Thorough understanding of customers business and their processes
* Real time lead collection
* Real time customer interaction
* Real time support
* Introduction to tools and techniques of web based marketing.

Training Duration
This is a full time training program.
You would be working full time on live projects for real customers across the globe.
Your working hours would be 9 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Friday

The duration for this training would be at least three months or the closing date of the project on which you are working, whichever comes later.
Training Fees
The training fees for this program is INR  10,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand )  Only per months for three months

All payments have to be done by Post Dated Cheques/DDs made in favour of "Kalptaru Infotech Ltd." payable at Indore.
