We are developing an exhaustive bug management system. Right now it is under construction.

Please submit all the bugs that you get in ASP Helper 2.0 by sending an email to support@a2zhelp.com and your bug will be addressed.

While submitting a bug, please take the following steps.
  • If possible take a screenshot of the error.
  • Tell us what were you doing when the problem occurred.
  • Tell us about the database that you were using (MS Access 2000/SQL Server/Others) and its version
  • Also tell us about the Operating System and its version
  • And do not forget to tell us your name and email id.

Every time you send us a bug, we will send you a free update of the software with the bugs removed.
